Mercedes Benz is one of the oldest and most respected automotive brands in the world. Every year they seemingly do the impossible and manage to improve upon already great models and 2019 is no different. Here are the stars of this year’s Mercedes lineup, hold onto your seats.

2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class

There are many competitors in the small luxury sedan category, but the Mercedes C-Class has always found ways to stand out among its rivals. The 2019 model stays true to that tradition and manages to perfectly blend style with performance. It’s available in five different trim levels: C300, C300 4Matic (all-wheel-drive), AMG C43, AMG C63, and AMG C63S. This being a Mercedes Benz, even the base trim level is exceptionally equipped, with features such as alloy wheels, a powerful 255 horsepower engine, or a 7-inch touchscreen interface which controls the infotainment system.

Higher trims bring many amazing upgrades, like the huge 10.25-inch touchscreen, as well as more powerful engine options, culminating with a beastly 503 horsepower AMG V-8. The interior is every bit as comfortable as you would expect from such a high-class vehicle and the 2019 model also brought upgraded technology. Smartphone connectivity is now a breeze, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto available as standard. Overall, the 2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class is a vehicle that perfectly combines style, comfort, and high performance.

2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class

The C-Class’ bigger brother got a complete overhaul in 2017 and this year’s model raises the standard even higher. Being Mercedes Benz’s flagship midsize sedan, the E-Class, has the tough task of achieving excellent standards in both luxury and performance. The 2019 model matches and exceeds those standards and the result is a car that you can carry state officials in, but can also get your adrenaline pumping. Although there are four available trims, most features that come standard with upper models can be added as options for more basic trims, allowing the buyers to properly personalize their E-Class.

The list of luxury features on the 2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is definitely a long one and the German engineers have managed to perfectly blend style with functionality. From large 20-inch wheels and elegant leather upholstery to more subtle additions like soft-close doors, a tri-zone climate control, or a special air fragrance system, all the special features on the latest generation of E-Class will surprise and delight drivers and passengers.

2019 Mercedes-Benz S-Class

When it comes to large luxury sedans, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class is the standard that each new competitor model must be compared with. The 2019 generation is no different and it achieves the tough task of improving a car that is still the best in its class. The big addition for 2019 is the S560e, which is a plug-in hybrid model. It is able to go for 25 miles solely relying on its electric motor, maximizing the fuel economy and greatly reducing its impact on the environment.

Lovers of classic Mercedes Benz engines won’t be disappointed, though. The base engine is a 4-liter V-8 that’s capable of producing up to 463 horsepower, while the top of the line AMG S65 produces a whopping 621 horsepower from its turbocharged 6-liter V-12 engine. Aside from immense power, the S-Class is known for its similar levels of luxury and the 2019 model doesn’t disappoint in that category. Seats with a massage function, an automated parking system, a Magic Sky Control function which dims the sunroof, and a crisp-sounding 26-speaker Burmester audio system are just a few of its special features.

2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class

SUVs have taken the automotive market by storm over the past few years, managing to offer both on-road and off-road capabilities in a spacious and comfortable cabin. As a luxury crossover SUV, the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class perfectly mixes luxury with practicality, offering exceptional levels of comfort, up to date technology and features, but also plenty of cargo space and active safety features. The German engineers managed to get to such high standards for looks and functionality without compromising on any aspect, making the GLC the standard-bearer for all luxury SUVs on the market.

Engines range from an agile 241 horsepower 2-liter to an exciting turbocharged V-8 with 469 horsepower. As with the S-Class, a hybrid model is also available, the GLC350e getting 320 horsepower out of its combination between a classic four-cylinder engine and an electric motor. The U in Sports Utility Vehicle was not neglected, with the 2019 GLC offering good cargo space that can be extended even further at a touch of a button, by folding the rear seats.

2019 Mercedes-Benz G-Class

SUVs have respectable off-road capabilities, but true off-road adventurers need a vehicle that lets them take on any type of terrain and come out on top. Although initially designed for military use, the G-class surprisingly became a style statement in addition of being a powerful and capable all-terrain vehicle, the result being a car that you can rely on in any situation but one that you can also confidently drive around town.

There are two versions available, the G550 and the AMG G63. The former can hardly be called a base model, as it has both a supremely luxurious interior and fantastic off-road capabilities. The top version, however, takes everything up a notch with an upgraded engine and improved comfort features, such as three-zone climate control, gorgeous leather seats, as well as a drivetrain that improves on-road comfort and performance.
